Blindfolded

So I woke up in the middle of the night to ease myself. I decided not to put on the light on my way to the bathroom. Actually I wished I did because I ended up hitting my leg against the bathroom door. Do you know the physical pain that goes all the way to your heart when you get hurt😣? On my way back to bed I was mad at myself for not putting on the light.

Can you walk a straight line with a blindfold on? How would you feel walking down the street with a blindfold?

In the world that we live in, a lot of us walk around blindfolded. How…?

We do things the way we are told to do, the protocol of how we should live our lives are already programmed and only a few can chose to live it in a different way. Every morning on my way to work, I see lots of people staring at their phones and it’s just 7:30am. How addicted we have become to phones and internet is mostly not known to us. We walk around the street looking at our phones and at times missing the direction we are heading to. So yes, in a way we are blindfolded by not knowing that we have been unknowingly programmed to do so.

If I had turned on the light on my way to the bathroom, I wouldn’t have hurt myself. There would have been light for me to see properly. What do you think will happen by turning on your light or in another way taking off your blindfold (programmed life or a predictable lifestyle) and live the day just for yourself?

When was the last time you left your house without a phone? when was the last time you took a decision just for yourself and didn’t care much about what others will think of you? When was the last time you stood out and needed not to bother because you were different?

Being Unique should be something we should all strive to become, you were born original, don’t die a copy.
